The SAF Certificate and Transaction Record System is an AI‑first registry designed to manage SAF production batches, certificates, and all related transactions in a secure and compliant manner. It automates certificate issuance, transfers, and reporting, while Copilot validates transactions, generates narratives, flags risks, and strengthens audit readiness.


Challenges


Managing SAF certificates involves complex workflows—batch tracking, evidence validation, KYC checks, transfers, retirements, and compliance reporting. Without automation, sustainability teams, commercial teams, QA specialists, and admins face errors, delays, and inconsistencies. Ensuring full traceability and audit readiness across programs, parties, and transactions is difficult when data is dispersed.


Solution


Using an AI‑first design with Planner, the system generates a governed blueprint of apps, Copilot agents, data tables, and automated flows. The Registry Console centralizes batches, certificates, rules, transactions, and audit logs. Copilot agents,like the Audit Investigator and Narrative Summarizer—provide instant traceability summaries, detect missing approvals, and generate human‑readable certificate statements. Together, they deliver a transparent, compliant, end‑to‑end SAF registry.
